Foundation Year
Establishment of the College
Maa Vindhyavasini Autonomous State Medical College was formally established by the State Government with the aim of boosting medical education infrastructure in the Purvanchal region.
Inauguration
First MBBS Batch Commences
The medical college welcomed its very first batch of 100 MBBS students, marking the beginning of academic activities. The teaching hospital simultaneously expanded its OPD services.
Recent Developments
Modernization & Expansion
Commissioning of the new advanced diagnostic labs, modern lecture theaters, and a fully equipped 500-bed clinical facility to cater to the growing healthcare demands of Mirzapur and adjoining districts.
